Register A Team


General Policies

  1. Teams are required to pay in full upon registration at
  2. Payment must come from one source; players cannot pay individually on the website.
  3. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver and provide valid identification (proof of age) at the event site.  Any team found using an unregistered or non-rostered player will immediately forfeit the remainder of their games and will not be issued a refund.
  4. The organizing committee will hear emergency requests to modify rosters; however, granting such requests will be the exception, not the rule.
  5. Each player can only be on the roster of one team.
  6. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules as deemed necessary; however, all teams will be informed of such changes prior to the event.
  7. The organizing committee reserves the right to prohibit any player or team from participating for safety concerns.  Such teams or players will not receive a refund.
  8. Games start every hour, on the hour, and run for approximately 32 minutes.  An air horn will signal when the game starts, halftime, and ending.  Teams should report to their rinks 20 minutes before game time.  Teams not ready to play will forfeit.

Roster Modification

  1. Login to the Last Frontier Pond Hockey Classic website with the account you used to register your team.
  2. After you have successfully logged in, click on your account username in the upper right of the page.
  3. Select “Registrations” from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click “2019 Last Frontier Pond Hockey Classic” button.
  5. Click the “Edit” button to modify your Team or player information.

Teams may update their roster online up until Friday, February 22, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. AST.

Event Site Regulations

  1. Outside food and beverages are prohibited at the event site.  Any party found in possession of outside alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.
  2. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the designated areas.
  3. Tobacco products are prohibited at the event site.
  4. Animals are prohibited both in the warming tent and within 100 yards of the ice rinks.
  5. Medical personnel will be present at the event site in the event they become necessary.  Locate a volunteer in an official event jacket if required.
  6. Players are to change into their game gear in the warming tent.  Players are not permitted to bring gear or bags to the rinks with the exception of a spare stick.  Players should plan on leaving valuables at home as the Last Frontier Pond Hockey Classic is not responsible for lost or stolen goods at the event site.
  7. Anyone attending the event must follow the directions of event volunteers and posted signs.

Refund Policy

Teams wishing to quit the tournament field after registering but prior to February 1, 2019, will receive one-half of their registration fee back.  Teams wishing to quit the field after February 1, 2019, will not receive their registration fee back.

This event is taking place outdoors and as such, is subject to weather constraints.  If the event is canceled due to weather or poor ice conditions more than 20 days prior to the scheduled start date, teams will be refunded one-half of their registration fees and receive a guaranteed spot in next year’s tournament.  If the event is canceled less than 20 days prior to the start date, teams will not receive a refund but will be guaranteed a spot in next year’s tournament.  Teams will be notified promptly of any decision to cancel the event.
